Derek McManus

Owner/Home Inspector

Derek grew up in upstate New York in the city of Rochester.  After graduating from the University at Buffalo in 2006, he decided it was time for a change and moved to Central Florida. He’s lived in many different areas throughout the city but ended up settling in the downtown area.  The craftsman architecture and brick lined streets are part of the charm that drew him here.

Real Estate is his passion. He has been investing, renovating and working in the real estate industry for the last 12 years. He has learned both academically and in the field about acceptable building practices and the key systems of residential real estate. He has a strong commitment to make sure home buyers understand all details about what they are getting themselves into when purchasing a home. He is truly fulfilled in providing a service that gives a sense of security in such a large financial purchase.

Back Office Coordinator

Alexis Daly and her team have been in the customer services field since 2005. They have assisted hundreds of companies grow and expand in the Orlando Area. They love assisting people through the home buying process. She was born in South Carolina and spent most of my childhood moving around as an ‘Army Brat.’  She has resided in Florida since 1992 and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration for Marketing. 

She has previously sat on the board for NAWBO Orlando serving as the Membership Chair and currently sits on the Go for the Greens board. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her kids, her family, scrapbooking, and planning girls night out events.
